About the Project
The two-phase construction project, comprising of 72 classrooms in a 211,230 square-foot area, makes the Brentwood Middle School project one of the most significant educational construction projects in Williamson County, Tennessee.
Biscan Construction was the company assigned to carry out the planning, engineering, and construction of the project.
In July 2022, FourSeasons Inc. joined the project to provide a comprehensive package of customized HVAC solutions.
This two-phase project consisted of demolishing a portion of the existing school and replacing it with a new cafeteria, gymnasium, auditorium, as well as two three-story buildings with 36 classrooms each.
Our scope included installing high-efficiency HVAC systems and clean air solutions throughout the two three-story additions. We also installed hydronic piping, a cooling tower, and a water-source heat pump (WSHP) system to efficiently service the 72 classrooms, hallways, and other spaces.
The Brentwood Middle School project was completed on time and within budget in July 2025, with all systems successfully installed and operational.
The work carried out with Biscan Construction and our subcontractors has met the standards required for this project, which benefits the more than 1,100 students who attend this school.
