About the Project
The Brentwood Middle School project, featuring 72 classrooms across 211,230 square feet, is one of the most significant educational construction projects in Williamson County, Tennessee.
FourSeasons was contracted by Biscan Construction to deliver a package of customized HVAC solutions tailored to the needs of a modern learning environment.
This two-phase project consisted of demolishing a portion of the existing school and replacing it with a new cafeteria, gymnasium, auditorium, as well as two three-story buildings with 36 classrooms each.
Our scope included installing high-efficiency HVAC systems and clean air solutions throughout the two three-story additions. We also installed hydronic piping, BAC cooling towers, and a water-source heat pump (WSHP) system to efficiently service the 72 classrooms, hallways, and other spaces.
The project was delivered on time and within budget, providing reliable comfort, efficient performance, and a healthier learning environment for Brentwood’s growing student community.
