About the Project

The Weigel’s Food Commissary Project was developed to support Weigel’s long-term growth and operational goals, creating a modern food production facility designed to improve efficiency and logistics across the region.

This new building features a Weigel’s Kitchen Food Service Program to provide fresh, high-quality food options, including fried chicken, pizza, and salads.

FourSeasons was contracted to install HVAC and refrigeration systems to serve food processing refrigerated areas, offices, cold dock areas, and freezers.

Over eighty pieces of equipment were installed, including 174 tons of low-temperature refrigeration capable of cooling down to -20 degrees Fahrenheit.

Efficient coordination and planning were key to delivering outstanding results despite strict time constraints, while meeting the contractor’s requirements.

This project was completed for CMC Design Build and National Design Build Services, with all systems fully installed and operational.

When FourSeasons joined the project, we were amazed at how quickly and smoothly they adapted to the schedule without compromising the quality of the work. The Project Manager, Keith Burden, and the whole FSI team have gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We had a few challenges and equipment issues, but the FSI team did their best to tackle them as they came along. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a leading HVAC installer in the Knoxville area!
