About the Project

The McEwen High School renovation and expansion project was envisioned as part of a larger plan to alleviate the damage caused to Humphreys County’s educational infrastructure by the devastating floods of 2021.

FourSeasons was contracted by Lashlee-Rich, Inc. to provide customized HVAC and clean air solutions for this K-12 school project.

A comprehensive HVAC system was installed throughout the 89,648 square-foot area to efficiently service the new cafeteria, gymnasium, auditorium, library, and a two-story building containing 34 classrooms.

Our scope included installing 22 Trane rooftop units, a kitchen exhaust hood with connected exhaust fans, and make-up air units. We also set 50 VAV terminal units, ductwork, grilles/diffusers, and louvers throughout the building, including fabric duct in the new gymnasium for more efficient airflow dispersion. All connected to a Trane DDC controls system.

The McEwen High School project was completed for Lashlee-Rich, with all systems successfully installed, tested, and operational.

“FourSeasons performed very well on this project, kept up with our scheduling, and did a great job providing enough labor to complete the work. They worked well with other subcontractors. We are very pleased with their performance. We look forward to working with FourSeasons on future projects.”
