The Fall Creek Falls State Park Inn project involved the construction of a brand-new hospitality building and conference center. This new hotel features 85 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, a banquet room, and a variety of amenities designed to serve visitors year-round.

FourSeasons was contracted by Bell Construction to provide high-efficiency HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing solutions for this 97,943 square-foot development.

Our HVAC and mechanical scope included the installation of 88 vertical stack water-source heat pumps, vertical ducted WSHP units, BAC cooling towers, Lochinvar boilers, and additional equipment to serve the kitchen, hydronic systems, and other spaces.

Our plumbing scope included installing waste and domestic water lines serving guest rooms, kitchen plumbing components, and underground plumbing infrastructure.

The Fall Creek Falls State Park Inn project has been completed, with all systems fully commissioned and operational, providing comfort for guests and boosting the local economy.
