About the Project

The Fall Creek Falls State Park Inn project, located in Spencer, TN, involved the construction of a brand-new hospitality building and conference center at Fall Creek Falls State Park. This new hotel features 85 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and a banquet room, along with standard amenities and support spaces, all within a 97,943 square-foot area.

FourSeasons was contracted by the construction manager, Bell Construction, to provide HVAC/Mechanical and plumbing solutions for the entire complex.

The Falls Creek Falls State Park Inn was completed in September 2021 with all systems fully commissioned and operational.
