About the Project

Located in Franklin, TN, Liberty Elementary School underwent a significant HVAC upgrade. FourSeasons Inc. joined this project, carried out in collaboration with Romach General Contractors, to provide a comprehensive package of customized HVAC solutions to enhance the school’s mechanical systems.

This project involved minor demolition of the existing school to accommodate new mechanical systems, upgrade the IT and communication infrastructure, and install new flooring and ceilings in a 109,930 square-foot area.

Our scope included installing a complete Mitsubishi VRF system with a Valent Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS), totaling 208 tons of VRF to serve classrooms, hallways, and other spaces. Additionally, the kitchen was renovated with new grease ductwork and vent hoods.

As a Diamond Commercial Contractor, FourSeasons secured a 2-year labor and parts warranty for the project, ensuring the quality and reliability of our work.

Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was bid, won, and completed under these circumstances, demonstrating our team’s dedication, adaptability, and resilience.
