About the Project

What started as a renovation project evolved into a full-scale upgrade and expansion initiative. The T-Mobile project is one of the most significant renovation projects undertaken by this company in the region.

This renovated building features new office spaces, wellness rooms, an expanded kitchen and café, upgraded restrooms, and additional amenities designed to enhance employee comfort.

FourSeasons was contracted by Swinerton to deliver a comprehensive package of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing solutions for the entire building.

Our HVAC scope included the installation of high-efficiency make-up air units, Liebert CRAC units, a kitchen exhaust hood with a connected exhaust fan, and IDF units to serve the remodeled lobby, office spaces, data centers, and other areas. Additionally, we installed plumbing systems for the restrooms, kitchen, and mothers’ rooms.

This commercial project was completed during occupancy, with adaptability and careful planning being key to minimizing disruptions, allowing the call center to remain fully operational during the construction process.

The T-Mobile project was completed on time and within budget, providing a functional workspace that fosters collaboration, productivity, and overall well-being for users.
