About the Project

Located off Highway 840 in Murfreesboro, TN, the Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) Westlawn Medical Office Building was designed to emphasize the delivery of specialized sports performance and training services.

This medical office building features thirty-two orthopedic exam rooms, digital radiotherapy spaces, a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) room, an outpatient orthopedic surgery center, and a 9,500 square-foot sports performance center.

FourSeasons was contracted to install a comprehensive package of HVAC solutions that included a Liebert server room split system, 70-ton and 25-ton AAON rooftop packaged units with VAVs, Mitsubishi mini-split systems, and a complete Trane DDC control system. Additionally, a customer-provided process chiller and exhaust system for the MRI equipment were also set.

The TOA Westlawn Clinic project was completed for Batten Shaw Construction, with all systems fully commissioned and operational. Our team collaborated closely with the general contractor and the owner to deliver this medical building to the Murfreesboro community.
