About the Project
Located off Highway 840 in Murfreesboro, TN, the Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance (TOA) Westlawn medical office building was designed to emphasize the delivery of sports performance and training services.
The medical office building includes a hand therapy clinic, 32 orthopedic exam rooms, three digital radiography rooms, one MRI and a 9,500 square foot full service sports performance center for individuals and teams. It also sports an outdoor, turf training area and roof terrace. This flagship clinic also houses an 18,000 square foot outpatient orthopedic surgery center with multiple operating rooms and one procedure room.
FourSeasons, Inc was contracted by Batten & Shaw to provide and install the turnkey HVAC package, which included: a Liebert server room split system, two 70ton and one 25ton AAON rooftop packaged units with VAV’s, two 2ton Mitsubishi mini split systems, and complete Trane DDC control system. The customer provided process chiller and an exhaust system for the MRI equipment was installed.
FourSeasons worked in concert with the general contractor, engineers and owner to help deliver this beautiful building which will be a great resource for the Blackman Murfreesboro community.
