About the Project

The Trevecca Towers 1 & East and the Trevecca Towers II projects were renovations and efficiency upgrades to the HVAC systems serving the living spaces for the more than 500 seniors and individuals with disabilities who live in these buildings.

FourSeasons, Inc. was contracted by American Constructors to perform the HVAC scope for this residential complex, which represents roughly 14% of Nashville’s affordable housing for seniors and disabled/disadvantaged citizens.

Over 350 living units were renovated across the 17 stories of Towers 1 & East, while 210 living units were replaced over the 14 floors in Towers II. More than 500 Islandaire PTAC units were installed to improve HVAC conditions and efficiency. Additionally, York heat pumps, Carrier split systems, and exhaust fans to serve common areas were included in the scope of work.

Both projects were completed during occupancy, so seamless coordination, planning, and adaptability were key to meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results while minimizing disruption to residents.

The Trevecca Towers projects were completed on time and within budget, with all systems successfully installed and operational.
