About the Project

Four Seasons was contacted by the Tennessee Department of Army with a mission; renovate and refurbish the Athens FMS Readiness Center located in McMinn County, Tennessee. This was a very comprehensive project, as the facility required significant work and equipment upgrades.

FourSeasons began the project with grading and stormwater work, then moved on to extensive structural and masonry repairs to the building. All HVAC equipment was replaced, and Four Seasons staff replaced plumbing, installed fume collection ductwork, new electrical and lighting fixtures, refinished the interior spaces (painting, floor covering, tile and ceilings, doors, windows, fixtures/hardware) and installed new bollards and resinous/epoxy flooring in the garage spaces.

While this project’s scope was extensive, Four Seasons staff was able to complete the work ahead of schedule, below budget and with no additive change orders.
