About the Project
The new lodge at Paris Landing State Park Inn provides hotel resort-style vacation rentals on Kentucky Lake near Land Between the Lakes. This new lodge is part of the State’s efforts to revitalize tourism in its park system.
This complex features ninety-one modern guestrooms, conference and meeting spaces, a full-service restaurant, an exterior swimming pool, a bar, and a lounge overlooking scenic lakes and natural beauty.
Doster Construction, the project’s general manager, contracted FourSeasons, Inc. to furnish and install the HVAC systems for the entire project.
The scope of work included demolishing the original hotel and surrounding amenities to install high-efficiency HVAC systems and clean air solutions throughout the 101,040 square-foot area that comprises this tourist complex.
The Paris Landing State Park Inn project was completed on time and within budget in May 2022.
