On April 26, we brought our team together for our Quarter Two Training Day based around our Reach Your Peak theme. Full of good food, classroom training and hands on training – It was our ‘Basecamp’ – prepping our teams for the climb of personal & professional development.
The day began with a hearty breakfast, providing everyone with the energy needed for a full agenda. We kicked off with the rollout of our Q2 goals, outlining the objectives and strategies that will guide us on our journey in the coming months.
These hands-on training sessions were led by our exceptional trainers from our own team, affectionately known as ‘Sherpas’: Austin, BB, Kevin, Jose, Alex, Randy, and Dennis. These leaders demonstrated their expertise and guided the team through a series of hands-on and classroom training sessions.

The agenda included a deep dive into rapid locking systems and telehandler classroom training. The hands-on components of the day were particularly engaging, with practical sessions on braising copper, threading gas pipe, telehandler operation, and pipe bending. These sessions provided valuable skills and reinforced our commitment to excellence in mechanical contracting.
Lunch offered a chance to relax and recharge, and the opportunity to reflect on the training and its impact. The day concluded with a renewed sense of camaraderie and preparedness among the team.
Our Quarter Two Training Day was not just about learning new skills; it was about building the foundation for our continued success. With our Sherpas leading the way, we’re ready to tackle the challenges of the year ahead and reach new heights together.
