FourSeasons is proud to kick off work on the Henry Horton State Park Inn project, a hospitality development set along the banks of the Duck River in Chapel Hill, Tennessee.
Originally founded in 1961, the Henry Horton State Park Inn is part of a broader initiative led by the State of Tennessee to enhance tourism while preserving and celebrating one of the region’s most treasured natural environments. Home to one of the most biologically diverse ecosystems in the world, this park offers visitors a meaningful connection to Tennessee’s natural beauty and historical significance.
When complete, the new Inn will include:
- 76 new guest rooms
- An outdoor amenity deck
- Breakfast and evening social areas
- A pool
- Continued access to the existing restaurant and Conference Center
FourSeasons’ scope of work includes the installation of mechanical and plumbing systems across more than 103,000 square feet. The project will feature Trane mini-split systems, Mitsubishi VRF units, DOAS units, and RTUs, all designed to deliver reliable comfort while supporting efficient, modern hospitality operations.
We’re excited to partner with Bell Construction on this project for the State of Tennessee and the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation. Collaboration with trusted partners is key to delivering projects that balance performance, sustainability, and long-term value.
